Thomas L. Marsalis Elementary School

Thomas L. Marsalis School is an existing elementary school that sits on 10 Acres and will be the site for a new 28,000 square foot 2-story addition with a service courtyard. The school will receive new doors and hardware along with a new paint job. Some of the additions to the facility include, Geothermal heating and cooling, Detention pond, Bus lane, Parking additions, Landscape and Irrigation throughout. We will be removing the old chiller and associated piping and going in with a new geothermal system.  The school will also receive a new security system. We will be replacing some of the existing windows and adding security screens to all of the first floor windows. Some of the exterior features will include sunshades and walkway covers. Scheduled completion is summer of 2013.
