09/05/2017 – Lake Elementary School Flood Damage Restoration – Bids Tuesday, September 05, 2017 @ 2:00 P.M.

Budget:  $ 6,300,000

Project Scope:

1. To restore the damaged facilities to pre-flood conditions with alternates for APSB and Code Required Upgrades.

2. Maintain Temporary Campus operations, including vehicular traffic patterns, parking arrangements and pedestrian pathways.

3. Project includes installation of new gypsum board with veneer plastering at existing interior and exterior walls, new ceiling tiles, new finishes, new building insulation, new doors, frames and hardware, new millwork per ASPB standards, new HVAC equipment, new plumbing fixtures, new electrical improvements to service new equipment and restoration of existing electrical syst
