The Mountain Creek #5 Distribution Center consists of a 192,800 SF warehouse and distribution building located on a 10.74 acre site at the Mountain Creek Business Park in Dallas, Texas. The building structure is concrete tilt-up with a clear height of 30 feet and includes: TPO roof, (2) storefront entries, composite metal panel clad awnings, masonry accent veneer, and texture coat exterior. The HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems are design-build. Site improvements include water injected building subgrade, building utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and approximately 200,000 SF of site paving.
