This project consists of a 185,000 SF Tilt Wall Building and a 164,580 SF Tilt Wall Building including storefronts, canopies, with a stone and paint façade. Both buildings are 44’-9” tall with 32’-0“ clear height, including an EFSR fire sprinkler system, a total of 87 loading docks, and will achieve a LEED Shell Certification. Site improvements include site work, site utilities, stone retaining walls, 266 parking spaces with 49 truck courts and extensive landscaping on a 24.05 acre site.
